Client Space offers the same features as the former eService, plus more. It is available to customers who receive their bill online as well as customers who still receive paper billing.

If you are experiencing difficulty registering for Client Space, we recommend that you contact your local branch or email [email protected] and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help. You can also click the chat feature while visiting the Client Space site or leave us a message if we are offline.

After registering for Client Space, you will receive an email from [email protected] to complete the registration process. Please ensure that you have clicked on the confirmation link and completed the registration process.

If the link in the email is not working, please copy and paste the link into your browser and follow through with the prompts on the page.

Yes, eBilling is still available for customers who wish to receive an email alert that your bill is ready.

Simply select the Request Service tab and use the drop down menu to select the type of service you require. Please allow 1 business day for a Customer Care representative to contact you to confirm your order.
