In 1982, Island businessmen Harry and Blair MacLauchlan, saw an opportunity for an Island owned and operated company that could provide quality products, expert service, value and unmatched customer service.

It was a business philosophy that customers appreciated because today, more than 20 years later, Island Petroleum has grown to a staff of more than 75 employees and from one delivery and service truck to a fleet of more than 50. But Island Petroleum does much more than just deliver oil.
